Beginning from 1954, Libensky started his cooperation with Jaroslava and later on they got married. Ever since then their partnership never ended. They made use of the differences in thickness and density of the crystal to produce a completely new and free light-shadow space that is innate in crystal. Their 3-D expression elevated the crystal art to an unprecedented high level. Their influence on Czech crystal art has been profound. For the past 40 years or so, this couple have been unparalleled promoters of Czech crystal art.
